2-Man Scramble.
The club’s bread and butter. You and a partner both tee off, play the best of your two shots, and go again from there. One good swing a hole is all it takes, so nobody carries the team and nobody gets carried, and a first-timer’s lucky putt counts exactly as much as a scratch golfer’s perfect drive. The Double Bogey Handicap
Before the round, the system quietly picks six secret holes: two par 3s, two par 4s, two par 5s. After the round, your score on those holes (clamped between par and double bogey) sets your allowance. So sandbagging is impossible, and a first-timer can beat a scratch golfer on net. Champions are revealed after the round. The suspense is the whole point. Prefer to just play? Casual players skip the competition entirely.
- It's a true scramble: you both tee off, walk to the better ball, and you BOTH play your next shot from there. Every shot, tee to pin, including putts.
- Breakfast ball on the first tee: one free do-over to shake the nerves.
- If one ball is lost, the other is automatically in play.
- Both lost? Drop within two club lengths of where it entered trouble, one-stroke penalty.
- Relief one club length from cart paths, hazards, and rock-hard ground, but not bunkers.
- Both players write down the same score. No gimmes, every putt counts.
- Max score is double bogey plus one, then pick up and move on.

String wins together and your pair becomes the Juggernaut, with a target on your back the rest of the day. All of it tracked live on everyone’s phone.

How the drawing works.
Some rounds finish with a sponsor prize drawing. Not every round has one, so the rounds page marks the ones that do. When a round includes the drawing, it runs the same for everyone in the field, and here’s exactly how it works, start to finish, so the whole thing stays simple and fair.
Tickets are earned by playing
You earn tickets on the course. Showing up earns one, and so do birdies and eagles, winning the side contests, and the awards you pick up along the way. Tickets are never sold, and nothing anyone does changes another player's odds. The only way in is to play.
Prizes come from our sponsors
Every prize is donated by a local business, the same folks who help back the rounds. When you win, you'll always see exactly who gave it, because they earned the thanks.
The draw is provably fair
We hold the drawing at wrap-up, right after the round. Every draw saves its random seed and the full ticket count, so anyone can check the math afterward. Win something and your other tickets stay in the hat for the prizes still to come.
